Been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I recently took advantage of Emerald's 30-day discount package for newcomers to their yoga studio. What I found during that time (roughly 20 classes, in-person and online combined) is that their is a roster full of hard-working, caring teachers. The owner, Landen, is one of those teachers and has a very hands-on approach, consistently communicating to ensure the enjoyment of his studio. The majority of Emerald's classes consist of slower flows, which stands in stark contrast to many of the studios in the area that guide their efforts towards forms of power vinyasas. I have just completed my 100th class and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every one of them! The instructors are wonderful and very caring about your individual journey. Would highly recommend Emerald Yoga.

Emerald yoga studio has been a tranfirmational place for me. 6 months ago i deciddd to try out yoga as a way to reduce stress and exercise. I am 72 years old and not into gyms! I found I have gained so much more at this studio. The instructors have encouraged me to grow and cheer me on as I master poses and gain flexibility. They bring new experiences so classes never get old. The very best part of my experience has been the yoga community- my fellow yogis!
