We had a sudden power outage due to severing of the underground power line. We called Iglehart Eledtric, LLC after hours. Austen answered the phone and agreed to come by the following morning. He rearranged his current jobs and he and a crew arrived as promised. The power restoration project took 2 1/2 weeks. He communicated regularly and kept us informed through many challenges. Several issues required night and weekend service. Highly recommend this company.

Ethan and his crew did a great job sprucing up our yard! The biggest surprise was that they were able to save our arborvitae, which was being choked out by bittersweet. Many others said that it wouldn't be possible and that we'd have to cut it down and start from scratch. They also pruned our existing trees, extended our plant beds, mulched them, and planted beautiful fall plants and flowers. The communication was outstanding and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely use them for all of our planting needs!

Dr. Berk is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He is excellent with communication making sure both my daughter (the patient) and myself were fully aware and agreeable about the plan of care, allowing time for feedback and questions. Our time with Dr Berk was overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend him!
I'm always weary of new massage therapists and places as a person in a bigger body. I asked the local Amherst Facebook group for recommendations and they were right - The Healing Zone is incredible. I've seen Mary Kate twice and both sessions were wonderful. MK is so kind and did incredible work. Just last week, she was able to alleviate a lifelong issue I never thought would get better. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The tables are sturdy, not those travel tables that sway with every movement. The facility is also fully accessible. I can't wait for my next appointment! I've never felt so welcomed and cared for. If you've been looking for a massage therapist, I can't recommend THZ highly enough.
Amazing, fast, friendly and affordable service. Our son's glasses needed to be replaced when they broke and we were in the area. New lenses in less than 45 minutes for a third the price of the chain down the road who couldn't help us without a new eye exam. Thank you!!

I hired Split Excavating to sweep my businesses parking lot. They came on time on the evening we were to sweep. They were in and out in a few hours and they were patient with my team as we had to move a few things while they were here. Brian and the sweeper driver were both very professional and courteous. I will definitely be utilizing them again in the future.

What can I say about Hadley dental care? I’ve had the most amazing experience there, the front desk staff absolutely amazing, the dentists are great and explain everything they’re going to do perfectly, the hygienist/dental assistants are top notch. I has the all on four implants done, zero sedation, just some good old fashion Novacaine and felt nothing, they look and feel amazing, I’ve called/texted with questions and they are always right on top of It all. If your in need of a dentist and or implants choose here, always choose here, I can confirm they’ll never let you down!

Laura is beyond excellent with cats. We have a 6yr old Norwegian Forest Cat who only hangs out with us, and hides whenever anyone else enters the house. She's also a nervous wreck when when she stays at a Kennel. Laura came to see her twice a day for 2+ weeks, and became Feather's first new friend in 6 years. Laura was so patient and determined to get Feather out of her shell and it eventually worked! Feather was--for the first time--completely her fabulous, relaxed self when we returned from vacation. Thanks for the peace of mind, Laura!
Dr Eichwald (dr brad) is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and takes the time to answer questions. He helped care for me and treat me while I was healing from a tbi/concussion. It’s been difficult to find doctors who are knowledgeable about Head injuries and especially concussions and - he was the first out of many doctors that provided me with exercises and solutions to help alleviate and heal - he has stuck with me and continued to help me make significant improvements.
David was generous with his ideas and knowledge in our consultation. We came away with a greater understanding of immediate challenges and decisions that need to be made. He also shared other resources for further understanding. It's clear that he is an expert in his field and cares about helping people manage and understand their finances to feel more confident and secure.
Of all major repairs I've had in 2 years, these are the only people I can trust to do what they say and respond to calls and questions. My septic system had failed and they got an excellent engineer to redesign it and they did the work as promised. They even reseeded the front lawn and it's looks better than ever. We have had many pleasant interactions with the Omasta Landscaping crews that have been to our property. They are super friendly, great work ethic and attitudes. Our neighbors even came out to speak with them. Perhaps they are now customers. I can not speak on behalf od their hardscaping (yet) , but their shrub/tree trimming, plowing and mowing crews are all phenomenal.

Best waxing experience I've had! The office is clean, organized, and friendly. Lina did an amazing job; she was gentle, made me feel at ease, and always took care to listen to me throughout. Since going to see her, I haven't had any issues with ingrowns. I've had painful waxing experiences at other places in the past - with Lina it's honestly almost pain-free. Can't recommend enough!

Scheduled septic tank pumping was delayed because of an emergency at the VA hospital. Our clean out was done the very next day as promised because we were leaving and needed to put the soil back over the tank clean outs before we left. Very accommodating and great service that we have enjoyed over the years.
Ozzie had a bad experience at the new Easthampton Animal Hospital. He HAD loved Dr Hayden., who retired. Riverbend has reset his opinion of going to the vet. The staff is not only knowledgable, but clearly they love animals. They used gentle touch, patience and praise. They had the hypodermic ready, as opposed to Easthampton Animal Hospital who prepared it in front of him.

I recently had A. Dion & Son repair and refinish the red oak flooring throughout my 1953 home. They did a fabulous job, including the repair of some rotten spots (under the washing machine). The photos tell it all. The left photo shows the rotten pieces removed and the right photo shows the finished floor. These are the go-to people for flooring!
I needed my car stereo installed and not only did they give me the best price when I called around they ended up doing me the biggest favor ever when I showed up on the wrong day (I know so stupid) they fit me in super quick and were really nice about it the whole time. Everyone was so accommodating and kind! I was a walk in and they were able to get me in quickly. Several more people came in shortly after I did, also without appointments, and they accommodated them as best as possible, without rushing through anyone’s service. Everything was clean, and I love the way my nails look!
Place has a great staff who actually care about the animals. They do little events often for the dogs and have photos taken in theme. They do birthday shout outs for their animals and chances are if your dog goes to the hotel, you’ll find many pictures of them on the facebook page. Great place!
New customer here, I had an appointment for a full set fill on acrylic extensions that I had done in Colorado three weeks ago for my daughter's wedding. My amazing tech did beautiful work to begin transitioning my nails to the gel based process used at Peter's Nails. I'm happy about tthis because the gel process is less toxic for both techs and customers. I have to say my nails look better now than they did when I first had them done. I'm a very happy new customer!

My daughter and her friend got their ears pierced together at Ulta in Hadley, MA. Both girls were hesitant and nervous. Sam helped them out. She calmed their nerves and pierced their ears! Six weeks later when I couldn't get the studs out to change my daughters earrings for the first time we went back to the store. Sam helped save the day again! She changed the studs without any problem! Both times we went to Ulta my daughter walked out proud and excited!!! Thank you Sam!
