I was forced to have “Sue” provide me with x-rays and cleanings and knew—immediately— how this day would end up. I had completed a difficult day at a difficult job and was treated with warmth, thoughtful inquiries about family, and the—she gave me pointed technical advice on good oral practices! The nerve. I just wanted a teeth cleaning….!Then Dr Stier arrived too. Again: after a close film reading and closely examining thing, she had to go through the whole routine: friendly, asking about how I and our family (who are all patients of the practice) was doing.Seriously: cannot I just show up and have some person I don’t know at all scrub and inspect...read full review

Dr.Wilson is the most accomplished, gentle, hassle-free and thorough dentists in the Pioneer Valley!! I have been seeing her for years and I am fully confident that my teeth are in good hands! Her Hygienists, as well, are unequaled and they make the whole process as easy and comforting as possible. So comfortable, in fact, that I have been known to fall asleep in the chair during my routine cleanings! Ha! Precision Dental's rates are competitive within the industry and I have NEVER had an issue/question with what is being charged and why. I highly recommend this group and know that I will continue to see them for many years to come for all of my dentistry needs!
