We bought appliances for our kitchen remodel, worked with Tim B. Good experience. Uneventful. Appliances were held and delivered once we were ready for them--grateful for that. All arrived in good condition. Tried applying for Frigidaire rebate through NECO--very frustrating and unsuccessful experience (not Manny's fault). Deb reached out to the store, and Monte N. worked with us on a Sunday morning. He sailed through the hoops. Now we have to wait 12+ weeks and hope the $100 card arrives....Will buy appliances from Manny's again in future.

During the purchase of a washer it was found with a manufactures defect. The sales person we used responded immediately. Bypassing service, a new replacement was delivered within a couple of days. We were fortunate to have the same delivery team for both deliveries. Both times they were a pleasure to have in our home. They were all truly an asset to their employer. They were easy going, clean and respectful. At seventy eight I have seen the best and the worst. The sales and delivery team were what I call the best. Thank you Monte in sales and Jose and Amaury in delivery.
