I moved up here this year and I used to bring my dog to Pet Hotel down the street but figured to give Wagging Tails a shot (even though it's further down the road from my commute to work). I'm highly motivated by customer service, morals/ethics, care, and cleanliness. I already finished my 20 day package, purchased 20 more days, and purchased dog boarding for a week while I'm travelling out of country. It may be on the pricer side but the customer service sold me really. We love sending our boy Otto to wagging tails for boarding and daycare. He has gained so much confidence playing with his dog friends all day. We recently have had two boarding experiences and were so nervous to leave him, but felt confident in wagging tails and we were not disappointed! Otto came home happy and tired! The second time going back he was even more excited to go in and see all his friends, reassuring to us that his first boarding went well. This was our first time leaving our 2 year old lab mix, Oakley, at Wagging Tails and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Our (super) high energy dog came home extremely mellow but happy and slept the whole way home! The prices are very fair compared to other nearby facilities and the staff are all super friendly! We also love the “report cards” she gets sent home with. We will definitely return to Wagging Tails for boarding/daycare in the future! Thanks for taking such great care of Oakley!
