We had a great experience working with Western Mass Gutter Monkeys. They did an excellent job cleaning and installing our gutters, and the price was fair. Rich and Dave were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. What impressed us most was their sense of responsibility - after the initial work, we noticed a problem with the gutter positioning (actually due to the original house design, not their work), and they came back promptly to fix it with no extra charges. Highly recommend!

After I drained the 18 inches of water from my basement from a sump failure Wayne stepped in & 1st resuscitated my gas furnace and then literally rebuilt my water heater (which most would have immediately declared DOA). Wayne saved me from a very large expense at a tough time simply because he cares equally for all those lucky enough to call him for Heating & Cooling service & repair.Do yourself a favor !!

Dr. Margaret Mcisaac may be the most caring vet I have ever met. Upon meeting my animals for the first time her love of animals really showed. I have had a diabetic cat for years and always felt in the dark about his care until I switched to granby animal clinic. The vet talked with me for quite some time about her approach to caring for a cat with diabetes and things I need to look out for. She was very thorough and I left feeling both my cat and dog were very cared for. Also the price of one visit was less than half what I used to pay for a rushed visit at the VCA. Not only was the vet great but all the office staff and vet techs were amazing as well! Thank you Granby Animal Clinic!!!!!! ?
