I went to Hair Haven for their head spa service with Marissa Marques as a birthday treat to myself. I also shared during the scalp analysis that I’m currently 4 months postpartum and experiencing the typical postpartum hair shedding.
The service itself started out really relaxing (I even fell asleep at one point). Unfortunately, things took a turn at the end of the service when my hair was being detangled. My hair became extremely tangled/matted in a way it never normally does (even after swimming in saltwater or chlorine). I noticed right away something wasn’t right while she was trying to detangle starting mid-shaft instead of from the ends up.
What followed was honestly pretty stressful. Over the course of about 3 hours, around 6 stylists helped work through the matting in my hair. What was supposed to be a 1.5 hour service turned into a 4.5 hour experience, and I was genuinely worried I might have to cut my hair off. As a postpartum breastfeeding mom who had a baby waiting at home, it was overwhelming.
That said, I truly want to recognize the incredible effort from the team to make things right. Niki, the owner, was extremely empathetic and apologetic. She and Sarah, along with another stylist whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, took turns patiently detangling my hair between their own clients and ultimately saved it. Multiple stylists checked in on me and reassured me throughout the process, which meant a lot during a stressful moment.
Niki went above and beyond by comping the service and sending me home with some products without me even asking, which I genuinely appreciated. Her level of accountability, customer service and the support from the team is the reason I’m giving 4 stars.
While I’m grateful for how the salon handled the situation, I do wish there had been more attentiveness from Marissa after things went wrong. She did apologize as I was leaving, but I didn’t really see her check back in while the rest of the team was helping resolve the issue.
Overall, while the situation itself was stressful, I’m thankful to the team at Hair Haven for stepping in, saving my hair, and doing their best to make things right.

Blonde being naturally damaging to non blonde hair and of a higher risk of frying and damaging hair trusting anyone with my daughters hair with this task was something I was worried about to say the least. She has red/orangish natural hair, to say Dakota blew her and I’s mind with our expectations is an understatement. She left the salon feeling beautiful and confident as one should after any salon service. He made her feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for the entire experience. I scheduled her next apt that day. Run, don't walk i promise you will not regret it!! My mother saw my daughter‘s Hair results and immediately scheduled her own appointment with Dakota because of how impressed she was. Thank you again to Dakota and the salon ?
I came here as a new client coming from the previous lash tech I had for over 6 months... I LOVE the lashes, she gave me exactly what I asked for and the price was a lot cheaper than my last place. It is now 3 weeks later, I'm going for a fill on Thursday and hardly any of my lashes fell off! I couldn't be happier!

Bought a 70 something year old house 3 years ago in Ludlow, new roof, chimney, siding, porches, gutters, etc. The landscape was atrocious, of course I called ARTec to help me clear the property, then for trees, NOW FOR MY PERGOLA!!! I LOVE IT!!! I didn't want a garage too intrusive on my small lot,. I wanted a Pergola that was tall enough and long enough for my quad cab. The finished product is BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! YOU MUST HAVE ARTec Landscaping do all your landscaping projects, YOU MUST!!! ONLY LANDSCAPERS I TRUST!!!

I’ve gotten my nails done a couple of times here and they always turn out great! The pedicures are so nice and relaxing, they do a really long massage and I love the hot stones. They are super friendly I definitely recommend coming here :)

Really nice little salon! Perfect for those who don't like crowds or noise. Best of all they have online booking, you just have to pay half as a deposit (a lot of places around here seem to be having trouble with no shows). Kyla did a fantastic job and was super friendly and easy to talk to.
