I love Red Fire! It’s a working farm so don’t expect super polished everything and like many local farms, checkout is DIY. It’s not so hard to figure out. Red Fire helps me avoid supermarkets and everything I have had from them has been good if not great. Their potatoes in particular are amazing! That said, produce quality is obviously subject to weather so you have to expect some variation. I only wish they had clearly noted native plants. I haven’t seen any there so if they had them, I missed it but if not, maybe they will consider that for the future. Overall, Red Farm is one of my favorite local places and it’s beautiful out there. This is our first year purchasing a CSA from Red Fire Farm. We are more than pleased with the quality and quantity of weekly distributions. What puts this one over the top is the fact that you get to pick your own organic strawberries. blueberries, flowers, herbs, beans andore along with your distribution.

We picked strawberries here and had a great experience. The strawberries were fresh and high quality. The self-service process was easy and convenient. The only suggestion would be to make the self-service signs and instructions a bit clearer for first-time visitors. Overall, we would definitely come back again.
