BuildBak® Eastern Mass
“Two years ago, August 2024, I came back from vacation to find water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen from the bathroom upstairs. A horror show. The mitigators tore up the kitchen ceiling extensively and the bathroom upstairs, everything down to the studs.

I don’t remember how I happen to get Buildbak as the company to do the repairs, but I’m so grateful for their work. From the beginning Daniel, project manager, was in constant communication with me, ever ready to answer questions, thorough in his explanations, always keeping me informed about what was coming up. Toilet was replaced, pipe partially replaced with PVC pipe, bathroom pedestal sink reattached, new tile floor put in, kitchen ceiling replaced. The plumber had to come back to adjust the position of the pedestal sink bowl. But other than that the finished work was beautiful, the rest of the restoration team were always respectful when they came in, cleaned up after themselves, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy.

Then a couple of months ago I notice a stain in the kitchen ceiling. Uh oh. Again, came home from vacation and found the sink in the upstairs bathroom was now draining on to the floor. I called a plumber, but then decided to call Buildbak instead because I’d so appreciated their work, and they already knew the plumbing situation. This time Paul came out, assessed the issue, coordinated the workers efficiently, was very responsive to my queries. The plumber rectified the problem with minimal disruption. The kitchen ceiling was restored to a pristine state very quickly and efficiently. I had no idea there was a two-year warrantee on their work and I had happened to call within that window. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told I didn’t need to pay anything for the work. I really appreciate the Buildbak team’s care and efficiency in their work, but also the integrity in standing by their work.

I’ll definitely recommend Buildbak to others in need. THANK YOU for the great work!”
