Working with ServPro was a seamless experience. Their work was done professionally and they kept us informed of the rationale for each aspect of the demotion process. They also went out of their way to respond to our requests, such as going the extra mile to save tile we have loved for many years and could not replace. We give them an A++.
We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom toilet and we worked with Servpro on the water mitigation and subsequent rebuild and they were excellent to work with throughout.They finished the water mitigation in two days and did a very thorough job identifying everything that was wet, removing damaged plaster and flooring and drying everything out. The project manager was responsive and patient with my million questions.For the rebuild, the staff in that department was a bit slower to respond, but they always answered my phone calls and/or called me back promptly and usually moved things along after just one follow-up from me. Working with Servpro was seamless! The teams were courteous, on time, professional and even quiet! I had an entire bedroom ceiling taken out, replaced and painted and you wouldn't even know they were working! Quality of work, from the front office to the crews was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
