Two years ago, August 2024, I came back from vacation to find water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen from the bathroom upstairs. A horror show. The mitigators tore up the kitchen ceiling extensively and the bathroom upstairs, everything down to the studs.
I don’t remember how I happen to get Buildbak as the company to do the repairs, but I’m so grateful for their work. Erick (project manager) and Kamilo (employee who did work in my home) did a great job at repairing my home after a pipe burst from an upstairs neighbor. Erick was extremely easy to work with, patient and understanding especially with all of my questions. Kamilo did an Amazing job with all of the repairs that needed to be completed! Although I hope to never to have another pipe burst, I would feel comfortable using BuildBak again!
