“My first Time there, they had automatic signing. It was awesome, just something different. But when I first found them , they have automated a I person on the phone , and she was perfectly no mistakes, she repeated things back to me. If needed, she was awesome. That also includes the staff and the eye doctor who helped me out with my test. Thanks again. No.”
“I had an excellent experience at the Leominster office. The staff, Susan and Luis were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Susan was incredibly knowledgeable when I needed to pick out a frame. She literally pulled 3 pairs of the shelf that complemented by face perfectly. Wanting a frame that different than what I had seemed effortless to her. I am incredibly grateful to Susan for her expertise. Aside from her knowledge, she is super kind, personable and vey funny! My husband and I stayed longer than our appointment to share stories of our personal life! I highly recommend you make your next appointment with Dr Le and her staff. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome!”
