And it was really amazing to watch Justin, I believe, operate that very complicated "cherry picker" piece of machinery in a way that not only got the job done expertly, but was also very obviously extremely respectful of our property. Prior to appointment there was great communication and great timely responses via email and phone call that comforted and validated me that my experience would run smoothly. Just had gutter work done which involved replacing old fascia boards with Aztec composite and better designed, larger seamless gutter with commercial drains to move water away from foundation. Projects that start well, usually have good outcomes.Tim, the supervisor, and team members are extremely skilled and had technical insights on completing the installation that had some unforeseen challenges. They were receptive and listened to my questions and completely removed all debris. Price was fair, no surprises.

Shannon was a pleasure to talk with and book our appointment. She highlighted everything that would be covered on our chimneys (two) inspection, and answered all my questions. Having spoken with two other outfits, i must say she gave me great confidence at the outset. Derek arrived early and since a light rain had started he got started early on no the exterior inspection from the roof. He was already on the roof inspecting the two chimneys When we arrived. Derek was thorough and took pictures so we could see what he was seeing. Next he inspected the fireplaces and the exposed areas of the chimneys on the inside second floor, then the basement. Derek was knowledgeable and explained to us, including potential options for remedies. We were very impressed with his knowledge and courteous manner. He answered my questions with aplomb and respectfully. He provided us with a written report before he left and we expect to receive his report and the pictures, plus an estimate soon via email. Definitely thumbs up for Falmouth Chimney Sweep and Derek and Shannon are awesome! Highly recommend.

Pace of play is very poor. Over 4 hours for a round on a Sunday afternoon. Relatively affordable/forgiving course so will attract many beginners. Greens are in great condition.
