Valente Plumbing Heating & AC is efficient, polite, and professional. The team showed up on time and got the work done with explanations of what was needed. They quickly fixing leak and basement leak and cleaned pump and reconnected drain pipe. The team are knowledgeable and helpful with details that were easily understood. Communication and response are quick, and the crews are always nice and professional. Quality work, excellent repairs, and reliable service. They recommend the team and will use them again for service.
Very pleased with this team. They were quick to pick up the phone and get a tech onsite. The system needed to be replaced and they got the job scheduled and completed within a week. Thanks to the team of Brandon, Ryan and Joe for doing a nice job with the installation. They were efficient, friendly and answered all questions and left the areas clean. I appreciate their doing a great job.
I would have given a 5 star if it was not for the price. Joshua came on time and cleaned my pump which was plugged and reconnected my drain pipe whis was disconnected but 685 dollars is a steep price for the service
Needed an outdoor shower plumbed on short notice. They have an efficient business model that includes quick scheduling, quoting, and ultimately, completing the job. Fair pricing as well, which can be difficult on the Cape given the demand for plumbing services.
