We were not home when the first plumber arrived to do work on a bath room renovation on Tuesday. We arrived home on Thursday to find out the work: plumbing the vanity and stool had not been done. Our college age daughter was arriving Friday morning for a week stay. I emailed MasterTech late Thursday night. I got a call back on Friday a little after 8 to say another plumber would arrive between 10 and noon. Steve showed up before ten and committed to both jobs. I gave him an out and told him we could wait on the vanity. He didn’t take it, saying he could finish in the two hours he managed to fit in the schedule.
