We’ve used Mastertech many times over the past 6 years. Steve has plumbed 2 bathrooms, fixed some leaks and replaced our hot water heater.
The office is polite and prompt at returning calls, appointments are offered in a reasonable time frame depending on severity, and txts are sent confirming the appt and when Steve is on his way.

Steve Kennelly was actually fantastic to deal with. He explained everything he was doing very clearly, had a lot of energy and was very quick with the work itself. An important quality Steve showed multiple times was listening - we discussed a couple of different options for doing the work and he was very receptive.
