Professional and responsive to any questions. What unbelievable company, used them for years and years, always doing extra, always making great suggestions, leading the right way. John and his team were amazing. 3 Bedrooms, hallway and staircase with multiple landings, carpet removed and hardwood floors installed, sanded and stained in just 4 days. Minimal dust. So happy with the results. Did a great job on sanding and refinishing hard wood floors and staircase. Guys were all polite and neat. John responded in a timely manner, is professional and responsive. I called Cape Cod Hardwood Floors with a flooring emergency. My contractor had attempted to refinish my yellow pine hardwood floors, and realized he was in way over his head. John Stecich called me back right away. He asked me to send pictures, reviewed them, then called to say he was on his way. He came looked at my floors and said, YES, he could fix.
His team came two days later, sanded the floor, and put on 2 coats of water based finish. They were professional, hardworking, and did a beautiful job.
