From start to finish, excellent!! The owner is so professional, promt and true to his words! Two OFF WHITE duck slipcover were brought to him absolutely FILITHY!! (They were so bad I was looking to buy new ones!) I am completely amazed and grateful for how clean he got them! They look brand new! Thank you! David and Meg Strock
