I completed an inquiry on their website and received a speedy reply by the next morning regarding scheduling. Mark showed up on-time, and was very professional and polite. We had them re-key a couple locks and install both handlesets. They even used their own little vacuum to cleanup the shavings from drilling the new bore holes!Services: Installation

I had a broken lock on a very old door which was jammed into the doorframe. I phoned Dave and received a return call within a very reasonable timeframe.I told him I had a mess on my hands. The job was not large but time consuming as it was an old lock and jammed badly without easy access. Dave was patient, pleasant, respectful and professional. I was so grateful and felt extremely confident in his abilities. He did a wonderful job and when he left, my door looked perfect. One never knows when calling for a service technician if you made a good choice - Dave's Locksmith was a gem of a find. If you need a locksmith - do not hesitate. Reasonably priced and so worth it. I have used Dave's several times. Always good, always on time for the appointment and reasonably priced. Dave passed away but his done Mark runs the business. No difference in service.
