“I am sorry that Peter had such an unfortunate outcome with Bayside, as my experience was much different. I had a tankless water heater installed last week to replace an indirect HW heater. The overall experience was very positive....... from Shannon (who scheduled/invoiced the work), Francois (the owner who actually visited the property to assess the project & provide the quote), and Josh (the ultimate Superstar who completed the installation). Josh has 5 years experience, but his workmanship and communication is on par with some who has 20+ years of industry experience). I obtained 3 quotes for the work, and actually found it refreshing the owner was on-site to evaluate the project and provide an estimate instead of someone in sales (which is more common). The estimate was reasonable too, and lowest of the three bids. In the end, I experienced a minor issue with type of condensate pump that Bayside installed, but they were quick to replace with the correct unit. I also feel fortunate they are local to Orleans, and in all my years of doing business with Bayside, they have delivered good/valued service. Lastly, I can be extremely critical of a plumber's workmanship as I lead a F500 engineering firm that supports MEP type services for large commercial clients. Therefore, it takes a very positive outcome for me to make the effort and write a review.

“Bartle's is pretty quick and does good work. Rick can find affordable ways to fo repair and advise when things need replacement. He takes care of all our plumbing and heating repsirs.A personal side note: in this age of plastic "PEX" plumbing, I continue to prefer copper. There's something reassuring about it and a beauty in it. Although often hidden, Rick's copper work is neat and quite honestly a pleasure to look at.“
