Their technician, Cam, was a rock star and found that my condensation trap was clogged and jet burners had a ton of carbon buildup. “We called Dave on a Sunday when we discovered that our outdoor shower was leaking. He was extremely nice over the phone and told my husband that he would call him on Tuesday and he called on Tuesday. He scheduled an appointment for Thursday to look things over. On Thursday he showed up, went and got parts he needed and fixed our shower on the spot.
