“We had two bathrooms that we needed updating after we had new showers and tub put in by another company. We needed tile floor installed as well as a new vanity in one bathroom and new faucet, medicine cabinet and a fan done in the other bathroom as well as painting and new lighting installed in both bathrooms. New Tile realized our ceiling in one of the bathrooms was in bad shape and also took care of installing new sheet rock for a reasonable cost. It took them 4 days to do all of that and they installed all the little things like towel holders. They even came back a couple days later to fix one light and touch up a few things. In addition we tried to put up a window shade ourselves and had trouble and they sent someone the next day to install it for us after they were already done with the project. We love our new bathrooms and it’s better than I could have imagined. New Tile was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future!“

They plan well, they communicate well, they are professional, kind, and thoughtful. They gave me some excellent advice on tweaks to my plan that I am extremely grateful for. They take your home as seriously as if it were their home that they were going to live in. They are detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work. The subcontractors they work with for specific elements of the work (tile, painting, electrical, etc), have the same attitude and approach. The team also takes your wallet seriously - with honesty about the real cost of things and the places were it does and does NOT make sense to save money if you need to. I will also say - especially as a woman - that they never made me feel stupid for not knowing something. They were always happy to explain, which has not been my experience in the past. Don't bother getting quotes from other contractors - just work with Patrick, Ryan, and the rest of the Britton Homes team.“

“Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof! Thank you, Jim and team!“
