Deducting one star due to lack of communication/consultation with homeowner. They replaced 4 windows for me including a giant custom-order bay window in the front of the house. The end result was great but it took quite the hassle to get there. They didn't communicate with me about the siding around the window had to be replaced and they didn't consult me on the color of the new siding, and they picked out and put on something that was a million times darker than my current siding. I almost cried when I saw the mismatch on the face of my house. I'm not being crazy, it was just too far off. They did a great job! Very easy to work with, very accommodating, very professional. I was surprised that they only needed a crew of two to replace five double-hung windows within a few hours, but they did it! The last time the windows looked this good was probably when the old ones were installed about a hundred years ago (no kidding). They even replaced the molding around the outside of the windows, which looked TERRIBLE before but looks GREAT now. Total time from when they came out to measure the windows to the time the new ones were in was about three months, which I understand is also pretty good.
