Robert provided multiple proposals so we could decide if we should pursue additional work beyond the repair considering the high cost of scaffolding. He was patient and understanding of our specific circumstances. Robert didn’t attempt to sell us a bill of goods which is greatly appreciated. He was timely across the board and his guys did an excellent job. Repairs in the Back Bay aren’t the easiest and it’s clear Robert knows exactly what he’s doing. Thank you, Robert!“
