“I have severe neuropathy and dropped feet. I had been wearing AFO braces for three years. My leg muscles were gone. I needed help. I found Chi at Clientel3 and things changed almost overnight. I've stopped wearing the braces. I am walking, granted slowly because my feel still drop and I am prone to tripping, but what a difference! My attitude and confidence are up also. I continue to work on it and expect to continue to improve. Chi and his team are the BEST!“

38 Montvale Ave Suite G-60, Stoneham“I’ve been taking Pilates classes for about four months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing experience. Before starting, I was very nervous because I’m overweight and didn’t feel confident enough to join. I also have knee issues, which made me hesitant. But from the very first class, Laura made me feel completely comfortable.
She is incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to understand my body’s needs and always adjusts the exercises so they are safe and effective for me. She’s also very mindful of my knee, giving me modifications that help strengthen it without causing pain.
What I love most is how supportive she is—she encourages me without pressure, and I always leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of myself. Starting Pilates was a big step for me, and I’m so grateful I did. I can’t recommend Laura enough for anyone who’s looking for a safe, welcoming, and empowering Pilates experience. I only take the Pilates classes but she also do provide other fitness services.“

Over the past couple of years I have built strength and stamina that helps me do both the basics in life (load the dishwasher!) and the fun stuff (get in and out of a kayak gracefully!). Thanks Dylan and team, appreciate you!“

48 Mt Vernon St, Winchester“I am so grateful I found Boston Back Rehab Center. I went to Boston Back Rehab after 10 years of chronic back pain. Through a combination of dry needling with Fay, massage therapy with Yinh, and the Zoom pilates sessions I finally got rid of tension I'd had in my back for over 10 years. The sessions at Boston Back Rehab is the best solution I have found that has helped me alleviate my back pain. Thank you!“

16 Elm St, Cambridge“I've been working with Helena almost 2 years now, after getting frustrated that group pilates did not help with my lower back and neck problems. Helena spends significant time understanding my body, and this even helped uncover a health condition I hadn't known about.
She's very patient and an excellent teacher. She's never judged me for my lack of attunement with my body. She encourages me to understand movement, and the change on my body has been incredible: my back is the happiest it's been for somebody sitting on a computer chair all day.
A fair warning: if you want a class where you can get away with just going through the motions without engaging the right muscles, she's not for you. She'll notice, and she'll expect you to do it properly. I did over five years of pilates before her without improving. It wasn't until she corrected me and poked every muscle to check it was actually engaged that things finally started to change.“

She is so amazing at listening to what is going on with my body, my goals and completely customizes our sessions around me. I really feel cared for and special. Yelena really takes care of her private session clients to make sure you are in proper form and getting the most out of your Pilates practice. Her class is also amazing !! She kicks my butt! Love this studio and the people who go there. The community is wonderful! I highly recommend it !“

1318 Beacon St #12, Brookline“Align Pilates in Coolidge Corner is a fantastic place. Classes range from privates to small groups up to three people. I continue to get stronger, especially in my core, while enhancing my balance. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get fit while taking an enjoyable class in a very clean studio. You can’t beat the location!“
“The Pilates Lab is one of the most practical investments I make in myself, and I think almost anyone would benefit, whether you're recovering from an injury, trying to move better in your sport, or just want to maintain your body as you age.
I came to Sonja nine years ago in my mid-20s with rib pain, and she changed how I understand my body. What sets The Pilates Lab apart is the quality of instruction and how deeply the instructors listen to your history, your goals, and the specifics of how your body moves. Sonja notices details of my alignment in Zoom sessions that would be impressive to catch even in person. What I learn here shows up everywhere: my posture, my yoga practice, my weightlifting form, even my tennis swing.
Over the years I've also worked with Erin (through my pregnancy) and now Katharine. Each of them brings the same thoughtful, problem-solving approach. I leave every session feeling taller than when I walked in.
The care extends beyond the session itself. Andrea at the front desk is genuinely helpful navigating a busy schedule, and the shared space with Khalsa Chiropractic means the instructors can coordinate with my chiropractor, Dr. Morrissey Posner, when helpful (with my permission).“

12 Temple Street Corner of Temple and, 128 Cambridge St, Boston“Juyoung is the best teacher I’ve ever had in anything I’ve taken lessons for—patient, hands-on, and incredibly attentive to detail. She thoughtfully customizes each session to my needs, helping me correct posture and engage the right muscles. I leave every lesson feeling refreshed and energized. The studio itself is organized, and every staff member I’ve met has been professional and friendly. Highly recommend!“

“JPPilates is everything that boutique fitness should be at its best, and then some. I've been a JPP client since moving to Charlestown in 2024 and immediately fell in love with Jenn's classes and studio. Since opening her new studio, Jenn has expanded her offerings and instructor roster, and the quality of instruction, warmth, and vibes that make JPP what it is have remained top notch. Jenn, Ali, and Lauren are incredible. Jenn and her team are intentional about what this space is about: it is beautiful, it is welcoming, it is focused on good form, it is about having fun and working hard, and it is about community. It's no surprise JPP was voted Best of Boston. I feel so fortunate to have JPP right in my neighborhood but wouldn't hesitate to travel here even if it wasn't, and I still need to try the new instructors who've joined the talented team.“
