Northeastern Mechanical Inc. provides fantastic service. A pipe burst at 3am on a Saturday morning in an apartment. Steve from Northeastern Mechanical showed up ready to work with no complaints and was always in a good mood. He spent hours working with JJ from Patriot Plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They were knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and took care in their repair. They even fully cleaned the space; vacuumed the floors, sprayed down the countertops, and mopped up all the water. Truly the best guys.
Steve from northeastern mechanical is fantastic, kind, and the best. We had a pipe burst at 3am saturday mornijg in our apartment . Early this morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our apartment- this was a catastrophic experience, but Steve from NE Mechanical was AMAZING. Truly our hero. Despite multiple set backs, Steve spent hours with us working with JJ from Patriot Plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even worked hard to clean up after themselves. Truly the best guys.
Great company! Quality of their work is excellent.They have done several jobs for my company. Northeast Mechanical is a big company and would not judge them by a single driving incident, that would be fool hardy!
