“Russell was recommended by the techs from Plumbing Solutions, when I wanted the latest smart learning thermostat installed for my main zone.
He installed it quickly and also recommended and connected the 'C' wire at my boiler for the other zone so it is now directly powered by the boiler.
He gave me good advice on my older fuse box, fixed a bulging light switch.
He even came back a hour or so after he left when I got an error msg on the app controlling my thermostat, which turned out to be a bogus warning that went away on it's own.
