I am new to the area, I took a chance on Paul and Ledbetter partly based on the reviews here. I was also looking for a family business opposed to a big company because I didn’t want to roll the dice and end up paying for some kid that just left trade school that thinks he knows everything. I first brought Paul in during my home inspection to look over the electrical. Paul is very thorough and puts emphasis on doing things the right way. I like that because I want things to be done the right way and when I don’t know necessarily how to do things, I want to bring someone in that’s an expert in their field to do it quality work. Paul was so friendly and knowledgeable we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our electrical work! He made the process so easy and straightforward and communicated openly from the first call, assessment, and on the work day as well. Brandon and Pedro did a great job replacing our ceiling fans, grounding our outlets, and putting in a brand new sub panel for us to ensure our safety. We would definitely recommend Ledbetter and use Paul and his team again
Paul was great. Kept great communication through scheduling until arrival. He came after hours and was extremely patient and taught some electrical lessons to my four-year-old son who is enamored with tools and construction. I cannot vouch for Paul and his work enough.
