“Paul was an excellent communicator from my very first contact with him, which was an email on his website, all the way through to the work that he and his team accomplished very professionally.We thought we should get new lighting installed when our previous ones seemed to be falling down from the ceiling. Paul diagnosed the problem from just one photo I sent him, and was very clear on both the time and cost estimate.I ordered the lighting hardware, got an estimated date, and scheduled a day for him to do the work. Unfortunately, an unexpected delay happened with shipping me the hardware, but Paul was flexible - likely because I gave him multiple days notice and told him as soon as I learned the hardware was delayed.But as soon as the hardware arrived, Paul was able to fit us into his schedule, and he did a great job installing our new lighting.I've found our electrician.
