The service was exceptional from the onset. The salesman Mark Legere and the master electrician Derek explained everything and how the process would take place. The workmanship was of the highest quality and Derek is definitely a excellent technician. I will recommend FM Generator to anyone and everyone. I would not hesitate to recommend FM Generator to anyone. A technician (Derek) came to our house this morning to fix our generator. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and fixed the issue. We previously worked with another company and our experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. It was refreshing to work with a company that obviously prides themselves in excellent communication and professionalism. We communicated with Donna a number of times and she was responsive, clear in her communication and friendly. You can't go wrong with FM Generator! They are Great!On Time, and do the work correctly, and maintain our back up generators periodicatly! We had a water leak on our transfer switch, which they quickly repaired with one visit! The crew that works for them are all Great! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! If i didnt already have a job! I would want to work for them!They take no short cuts!
