We had a major rewiring job that we needed to get done on our house. The team at castle have use a fair estimate and gave us an excellent break down of the job. The job turned out to be harder then expect and during the job kept us up to date on what exactly was going on. The wiring work was clean and they left our house in fantastic condition after it was done. We will be using them again for any electric work we will be doing in the future.
We had water damage from our kitchen leaking into the basement directly onto our electrical box. We had no power and called Castle at 8 AM and they had a crew out in just a few hours. They stayed all day until the job was done and explained the process every step of the way. This was our first time using Castle, but we were extremely satisfied and will definitely be using them again for any of our electrical needs. Highly recommended!
We hired Castle Electric to install LED light fixtures in the ceilings of several rooms at our place. They dispatched Jim the estimator within a few days of initial contact, and the pricing was transparent, following some work that we added afterwards to the project. The electrician team led by Zurich showed up on time and installed several fixtures cleanly with minimal holes produced in our walls and ceilings. Zurich and his co-workers were friendly and gave helpful suggestions in planning the placement of the fixtures. They also were careful in preventing dust from falling on our furniture.
