Great group to work with. He was responsive, timely, and efficient. His prices were fair. He did exactly what we wanted and made good suggestions for options. Excellent experience with the owner of this small business located in West Roxbury. This was our first time buying a very heavy chandelier and we are very happy with the work done today. Jim was on-time *early actually* text 30 minutes ahead to allow me time to get home, made changes on the fly with install concerns which came up, and finally hung this chandelier perfectly. They also cleaned up after. I will use Robinson Electric again.
