Just had a great experience with A1 Electric. We accidentally stuck a nail through a wire and panicked, not knowing what to do. We called a few places and most said they’d have to charge us just to come out and assess the situation. Richie on the other hand said he’d be here within 30 min and would give us a free quote. He was prompt, told us the total cost right away, and fixed the whole issue which involved cutting into our wall and replacing a damaged wire, plus replacing the breaker, all within 2 hours. We will definitely call A-1 again!
I had a power surge that caused my house to behave like it was possessed. I called A-1 and within 90 minutes Richie was at my house, diagnosing the issue, and informing me what I could not figure out myself. He quickly fixed the problem and even threw in a pending improvement having me just cover the extra parts necessary. He explained the issue to me and helped with tips on how to file the claim with insurance. I could not be more pleased with Richie's professionalism, knowledge, attitude, and helpfulness. While it was not CHEAP, professional services rarely are, and the speed at which the problem was fully fixed impressed me.
