They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.“

“I can’t recommend Untangled Tail highly enough. I’ve worked with several groomers over the years, and Brenda stands out as the most skilled and professional by far. My dog has very sensitive skin and often had flare-ups after grooming elsewhere, but since switching to Untangled Tail, he’s done exceptionally well.

Not only does he always look fantastic, but the appointments are also noticeably more efficient than with other groomers. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care.

Desiree does her grooming and my puppy looks so great, she custom cuts her hair, no cookie cutter cuts, and blows her out to perfection“

“The Best ! My poodle suffers with separation anxiety. The groomer is well accommodating and sensitive to his needs . No loud music blaring , no open exhibition windows. A calm soothing environment. I only wish human salons were this well thought out“

“Deanna is an absolute sweetheart of a human being. I felt so comfortable in her clean, bright, and thoughtful space. My pup gets very nervous when he is away from his pack; prolonging grooming, waiting in cages for hours next to other dogs who are barking of crying is too intense for him. I had no idea that other grooming places are like a factory assembly and would take 4 hours to 5 hours to groom my 10 pound pup.

With a private grooming experience there is no wait time. The focus is completely on him from drop off to pick up time which was a total of 60 minutes. The cut is so cute and he wasn’t lethargic or disconnected when we picked him up. Very happy discovered Deanna!

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

Dr Martinez not only made it convenient for us, he is reasonably priced. During a difficult time when most people take advantage, Dr Martinez is honest and kind, and only has you do what is absolutely necessary. Unlike those other “emergency clinics” that I have made the mistake of going to multiple times prior that cost 250$ just to walk in the door. I am forever grateful to Dr Martinez and the girls for taking my panic calls and listening to me ramble and cry when I thought something was seriously wrong with the little dog Ryder.
