LB at Excel Plumbing and Heating is the man. He is responsive and extremely professional. Our heating system failed and he had it diagnosed quickly. LB was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with our plumbing repair - he explained every step of the process, showed us how our toilet installation has contributed to our problem and mitigated the install issue so it was fixed more permanently. We really appreciated his consideration for our home and communication, and will go with Excel for anything plumbing related in the future!

On a Thursday night I noticed our old water heater had been leaking, then quickly found Excel online and had a booking for the next morning. The technician LB was at our house exactly on time, diagnosed that we needed a new unit and started immediately on the work. We had a new unit installed in a few hours. Excel is very professional and got the job done, I highly recommend this company.
