“We had an issue with our GE Cafe gas oven recently, and contacted Charland Appliance Center. Michael Charland came that same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, went out of his way (with persistence) to locate and obtain the required parts, and got the oven running properly. It turns out that the original installation over 5 years ago (from a different company) was not done correctly, not converting all valves from Natural Gas to Propane, which has been a significant safety issue unbeknownst to us! Kudos to Michael for a job well done, very prompt, professional, and courteous service! Highly recommended! A+“

“Service tech was very good. Came when scheduled, spent about an hour diagnosing, ordered parts, parts arrived next day, scheduled replacement. Again arrived on schedule, spent another hour replacing parts, everything working just fine. 3 year warranty on appliance is hard to beat. Reasonable pricing. Hopefully won't need to call again any time soon, but if we do will call Regal.“
