The woman at the desk near the door was not very friendly and did not greet me when I walked in.

She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My hair has never looked better! Delighted to rate Paula at Vive 5 stars as she is a star herself. Went to her on a whim when my current hairdresser was booked. Did something somewhat conservative but different and I was thrilled with the the results of my new cut. A few weeks later went for a full color and she did not disappoint. She is not only talented, she is a very nice person. I would highly recommend Paula. She listens but takes risks within your comfort zone. Fabulous.

I've had my hair colored, cut & styled by many people over the years, even Hollywood types. This was my first time with Esmeralda and honestly it was a fabulous experience. My hair had grown out for 10 months and I hadn't applied color so she could see what the texture was like. Esmeralda spent the time to listen to my concerns, observe my hair and discuss options of what to do next. I liked her suggestions and she offered to do a color treatment. I wondered if she had time as she was already working with another client. She happily said of course! My appointment was at 10:15 a.m. and she had consulted with me, washed, applied color, cut, dry and styled my hair in an hour! I love the color, texture and style this creative professional did in that amount of time. She is very friendly, a good listener and a master stylist. I will easily refer her to anyone looking for a new prescision specialist. Generally, I feel it's a good idea to change it up once in a while. A new person looks at your hair, listens to your concerns and lifestyle with a fresh prospective. I look forward to working with Esmeralda again!

I'm another long-term customer. Started years ago when I lived in Belmont. I now live on Cape Cod, but I still save my haircuts for times when I'll be in the Boston area so I can go here. Abdul, Joe, and Rashid are all great barbers, and they are friendly and engaging as well. They listen to what you want, then give you a great cut. I know I can count on them to do it right, so I'm not taking chances going anywhere else.

I have been a customer of T Spa for the past 4 years, and this has to be my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. As someone who had less than ideal experiences at previous salons, I was so happy to find a place where I truly felt welcome. Every staff member I have encountered over the years have been amazing. Julia is truly fantastic! I started going to her in the Summer after I was recommended by a friend. The brow shop I had been going to closed and I tried out someone else. They really misshaped my brows and made them too thin. Within a matter of 2-3 sessions, Julia worked her magic! My brows have NEVER looked better! I couldn't recommend her more!

Liz has been doing my hair for years! I recently moved further away so decided to try another stylist closer to me. I left that salon in tears with horrible brassy highlights. I immediately called and sent Liz pictures of my hair- she was able to squeeze me in with an appointment asap and fixed my hair disaster. Lesson learned to drive the extra distance to Belmont! Worth it!

What an amazing and seamless experience! Olivia and Paddy showed up on time and knew exactly what to do and how to troubleshoot a somewhat complicated situation at my brownstone on Newbury St. We had issues with the property management company and they managed the whole operation, pushing it along and making sure the job got done and was complete and all with smiles on their faces! Matt has done plumbing work a handful of times for us and he's fantastic. On multiple occasions he's had me troubleshoot the problem myself and some of those times I was able to resolve it without having to have him come out or pay him a dime. He responds to photos of the problem area sent over text. Other times it has helped narrow down the problem so he knows what he's dealing with in advance of showing up which helps him arrive prepared with the necessary parts and gets him in and out quicker. He has responded to calls on holidays and come out after-hours, warning us in advance that he'll bill at his emergency rate. I hope to not have many plumbing problems, but when they inevitably arise, I'm calling Matt.

Dr. Chang and his excellent staff are the best! I hope this high level of expertise, knowledge, and thoughtful approach to long-term dental health is available to everyone …but, unfortunately, I doubt it. This is the gold standard for dental care that we should all be able to get.
They make sure that insurance pays as much as possible so that what remains to be paid out of pocket is reasonable and affordable. Terrific dental assistants, related specialists and office administrative staff. I’ve been going here for many years and hope to do so for many more. 5 stars all the way!

I love this office! The dentist is very good and compassionate. All of the employees seem very helpful and knowledgeable. One employee in particular is Meaghan! She's fabulous! I had a problem with my insurance (first I failed to inform them of my new insurance, them my new insurance didn't want to cover some treatment). She was patient and walked me through the steps to deal with my insurance and also knew how to write great appeals! My insurance finally paid up! I've talked to coworkers who went to a different dentist and their dentist office couldn't get the treatment covered. Meaghan knows the tricks and ins and outs of insurance. Highly recommend!

As someone who doesn't go to the dentist often, I do wish I could have gotten a deeper dive education on how to avoid such bad cavities to the point of tooth extraction, or on what to expect in the next few days after removal, or on how to avoid dry socket, which I am now researching
Doctor Binder is truly amazing! Her compassion and kindness for her patients goes beyond words I could explain. She talks to them as if they were her own. She is very honest and will not do unnecessary testing without discussing all pros and cons first. I travel over 30 minutes to bring my cats and dog to her. The staff in the office are so nice and overall the most perfect vet office in my opinion. The one or two times I urgently had to bring my cat in and Dr Binder wasn’t there, the other vet in the office was just as kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
They could not have taken Better care of our Bode.. He knew he was loved there..

I had severe back spasm the night before I visited Lavender massage. I was urgently looking for a masseuse. Fortunately for me, a slot opened up and I was asked to come in. Amanda was my masseuse and she listened intently to my problem. She had a very healing and intuitive touch and got rid of severe stiffness in my back caused from excessive workout and incorrect posture.
She was very kind and warm. The facility was very clean and the response quick too.

Wonderful massage, very all-encompassing, polite, and comfortable. Like other clients have noted, I booked a 60 min foot reflexology but received a 75 min full-body massage...for $60...so I didn't want to complain because it was great. Next time, I plan to be very specific upon arrival, but otherwise this place is wonderful. So clean, quiet and convenient. Will definitely be back!
