Dave and his crew arrived on time and did a great job trimming my oak trees and taking down a pine tree from the front of my yard. They always kept me informed through out the whole process and were very careful of the overhead wires and the property in general.They also did a great job stump grinding the pine and maple tree we had cut down.I could tell Dave and his team had a game plan on how to get the trees removed and cleaned up on the tree trimmings on the yard.A business I can be proud to say is a great asset to the community and I truly recommend them . They always do things very safely, and professionally, and they do an amazing job at cleaning up before they leave. Brenden is good about explaining up front exactly what is going to be done. I highly recommend them and we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

I had a Geothermal hot water heater that the compressor went on. After calling 8 companies and able to get anyone to speak with me, I stopped in at DF Plumbing and Dean talked me through bypassing the Heat Pump mode so that I could have hot water for the weekend. When I returned home and performed the bypass then e-mailed pictures to Dean so that he could provide me with the correct hot water heater for my needs then confirmed with me that I did have hot water and that he did not need to make an emergency home visit.
Dean then provided me with an estimate for a new Hybrid Hot Water Heater.
On Monday Dean called to advise that he would have a crew at my home on Tuesday to install the new hot water heater.
On Tuesday Dean called to advise that his crew would be at my home within an hour.
His crew was so awesome. Their work was neat, they cleaned up after they were done and did some of the nicest work I have seen and made sure all pipes were secured, that the water was on and running properly and took away my old unit.
These people are my new best friends and I would use DF Plumbing and recommend the any day of the week. This organization is just the best and awesome. I give them 10 stars out of 5. They are that good.

Very happy with the outcome of the restoration & repair. My water heater failed and ServPro was on site just a few hours later for extraction and drying. Their quick response helped to keep this a small loss and the crews did an excellent job replacing the water-damaged carpet and repairing and painting baseboards and drywall. Sincerely appreciate the great work from Amber, Lou, Austin, Megan, and all the other members of the ServPro team who helped to get my basement back into shape!

We were very happy with Roberts Roofs. Brian was great with answering questions with quick responses and honest feedback. Our roof replacement was done within one day and they were very efficient with making sure everything was cleaned up and taken care of.

My car slid down our sloped driveway on the first snowfall. I backed it up over a rock and got myself in a pretty sticky situation. Justin came out to my house in about 30 minutes (45 minute estimate) and came up with a plan to get me out after assessing the situation. His friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate demeanor made a bad day a lot easier to stomach. Only paid $129 which for how stuck she was seemed reasonable, i was happy to pay it.

Five stars! I would give Tigon Martial Arts Six stars if I could. My son has been attending classes here for nearly Ten years, and this is the best martial arts instruction in the area. Tigon is a family. The Sensei/instructor Tom is amazing, and of all the (many) activities my son does, Tigon is his favorite.

If I had to pick just one doctor who made a difference in my health and life, I would pick Dr. Keith McCormick!He is knowledgeable and very generous with his time to ensure his patients' good health. His supplements are the component that stopped my consistant bone loss over 27 years and ultimately resulted in bone gain which my "traditional" doctor said isn't supposed to happen.He is a very kind man who will share with you all the vast knowledge he has accumulated while searching to find answers to his own health challenges.He's the BEST!!!

I have not been happy with any of my eye doctor appointments in the past 10 years, but now that I've had good experience with the Belchertown I care. I found my home for getting my eyes checked once a year. Thank you again for being there for your customers. I was well appreciated
The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were professional, but friendly. They listened and asked questions of what I was expecting so that my extremely overgrown shrubs came out as I wanted. They were careful to not damage the surrounding plants and then cleaned up so that you never knew they were there, except it looked so much better. Thank you.
Dana is great at what she does. She's made a beautiful space in her walk-in basement with a check-in area and 3 rooms. She has some evening and weekend availability.
