I dropped my PC tower off at the store for repairs. It had not run correctly in years. They cleaned out all the malware and re-organized the computer. John brought it back to the house, plugged it in and went through everything with me to be sure I understood what he had done. It runs perfectly now. Very happy with the service and the pricing.

While trying to swap out a component in my own laptop, I made some really d*** mistakes and effectively destroyed one of the laptop screws, to the point that the back cover couldn't be removed without risking further damage to the case itself.I had taken it to other stores in the area, but none of them wanted to try repairing my laptop because of the risk of further damage to it. I eventually stumbled across John Alix's store, where both him and his son were exceedingly kind, helpful and very understanding of my situation. They repaired my laptop when no one else was willing to, and for that, I am extremely grateful and will go back to their store for any repair services...read full review

This was my second time doing business with Alix & Sons. The first time it was to clear viruses off our desktop. I recently brought my new/never before used Galaxy Tablet into their store. I tried for almost a year (off & on) to get it to start-up - I could not get past a certain point - it kept booting me off. I was ready to give up and put it in the closet!! I dropped it off and received a call the next day that it was ready!!
