Awesome family shop! Brought my dead laptop for service and although they were unable to revive it, they were very nice about it. The son gave my 11 yr old a 3D printed figure that he made and it made his day! Highly recommend.
I am so impressed with this business. I have been to John Alix in the past to tune up my Mac, get a new battery for it and with general computer questions. He’s always very patient and thorough. I needed help preparing a photo presentation for last night for a special occasion. He walked me through all the steps, squeezed in my job even though it was last minute and he was very busy.
