As a lifelong builder, Mike's knowledge is unmatched when he assesses a home. He has a great style of calling out what's important and also advising on solutions to remedy any findings that arise. I always learn something from each inspection he does and like how he educates home buyers on maintenance best practices. I highly recommend his services.
Mike is extremely thorough and explains all issues and recommendations. He takes the time to tell you about extra things that as a new or seasoned home owner you might not realize you need to do.
