We switched here after having horrible experiences with our previous vet. The first thing that stood out to us was that my older girl, Chara, not only liked 90% of the staff (however only the women, but shes a girls girl, i put no fault on the men for my little misandrist of a dog), but she absolutely adores one of the vet techs, I'm horrible with names, I think her name is Megan, but everytime Chara sees her she lights up, and tries to snuggle up and kiss her. This dog has never once met any veterinary staff she likes, so this is absolutely massive to us.They work with the dogs, as opposed to forcing them to cooperate. I just love this place. Dr. Purdy has been unbelievable. He is the most caring doctor that I have ever met. He has been treating my dog jack and has been listening to me like no other doctor that I have ever had. I can’t say enough about him. Great doctor!

This is the vet to go to. I cannot say enough good stuff about Mill Valley. Very kind and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommended and they truly care and are not just about the revenue.
