Just had my appointment here and I wanted to let everyone know that the staff is very friendly. They have a wealth of experience and are willing to be very thorough to get your prescription just right. If you've ever been to one of those in and out eye doctors (Walmart, Target, LensCrafters, etc.) then you know how they just rush you through the process and throw whatever frames and lenses at you that they can with no regard to if it's the right prescription, if the frames fit correctly, if they look good for your face shape, or if it is what you wanted. Not so with Belchertown Eye Care! They listened to all of my concerns and walked me through every step of the process, making sure that I was completely satisfied with my prescription, frames, and lens choices. Even their testing equipment is sate of the art, from the machine that automates measuring your existing prescription and eye health, to the new optical coherence tomography that takes an image of your eye, to their computer automated vision testing machine, all of which ensures a smooth, accurate, and pain free experience. I wish all health professionals could be as welcoming and caring with the same level of detail! I highly recommend them and will be continuing to receive my eye care from them in the future. The staff here are so helpful and friendly! Charissa helped me find an awesome pair of glasses and adjusted them to fit PERFECTLY. After ten years of always wearing contacts because my glasses were too uncomfortable, I now have a pair of glasses that fit great and I can wear all day. Thank you!
