Highly recommend! Foster has done work in our old house and current house. Anthony and Evan installed a new cast-iron boiler on a 100-degree hot and humid day in July, perfect time to tango with plumbing inside a hot closet. I think the pilot light ignited itself.

“My old water heater died and the tank flooded the basement. The owner showed up a few hours after I called them, did an assessment, made a great recommendation and gave me an accurate estimate all within a span of half an hour. Their team came in next business day and installed the heater, hooked up the new vent, removed the old heaters and left the place spotless. “My basement toilet and shower were not draining and we started to see puddles of water, as well as some water under the vinyl flooring. Then we noticed water puddles around the toilet as well. So we thought the main drain was probably clogged.

We called KP Drains in the morning at around 8 am, they got back to me in about 15 min, and told me they could get someone in between 11 - 1 pm. I waited and called back and they told me that someone canceled and there can be someone there soon.

Mike came in and inspected the issues and found that our hypothesis was correct. He was respectful and diligent to clear out everything from the clog using a snake including cleaning up the roots. Mike also recommended just checking again next year to see how fast the roots grow back.

“I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. Joe is a true PRO! I liked his attitude almost as much as I liked his quote, almost $10K lower than a prior company for the same Mitsubishi equipment. Joe even corroborated my thermal heat loss analysis with his Manual J! Very impressed! Joe's team started my installation near the end of June with Steve Duarte as team leader.
