Vadym was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I described the problem with my refrigerator over the phone and he offered me a diy solution to try first. When I explained it was not viable, he scheduled something with me for the next day. He came out, walked me through what was happening and why. Highly recommend and will use All Appliance and Vadym again for any repair needed.

I have been training with Spectrum in Bedford for over two years and they have truly changed my life. I had gone through several stints of joining cheap gyms and not using them and then to more expensive gyms that I thought would use more because of the amenities and ultimately never got into a groove. I tried some classes and ended up hurting my neck and back a couple of times and started PT next to Spectrum in Bedford and they suggested I try them because they do small group training (4 max) and they create a program for you to achieve your goals and around previous injuries. I have found the different trainers to be very coordinated, keep great records and are very personable and encouraging. I enjoy having a fitness coach/trainer that keeps me accountable and showing up on a regular schedule with flexibility when I need it. The small group training also fosters camaraderie and accountability to each other to be there to support each other. I am 54 years old and have gained much more strength and functionality that I can notice on my daily work and life. My neck pain is gone now that we have strengthened the muscles around it. I cannot say enough good things about Spectrum…. They have made a huge impact in my health and lifestyle.

During college, I frequently leaned over my computer with poor posture and would sleep at night facedown in a position that would aggravate my neck. It was a great relief, for this reason, to have a lot of my pain subside after my first appointment with Dr. Boisvert. He quickly found that I had developed a mild scoliosis and, using Graston and Active Release Therapies, helped me to gain a range of motion in my upper back and neck that I hadn’t had for over a year. He trained me in some stretches that I apply at home which have also helped to improve my physical condition.
Arranging follow-up appointments with Dr. Boisvert, I have recalibrated my body and have regained my focus at work without the distraction of my neck pain. When stress and discomfort return to the same regions of my body, I return to Dr. Boisvert and he sets my body straight again without fail.

Henry and his team cleaned a very dirty sectional sofa and an area rug for us. They did a wonderful job - even better than I expected. The sofa had a really deep clean that got all the dust out (and we've had that sofa through two house renovations which were both very dusty!). Henry was a pleasure to work with - super responsive by email and text, very pleasant to have in the house, and arrived right on time. I will definitely get them back to help us with future cleaning needs.
My favorite nail place! Renee’s manicures last me two weeks…with regular polish. Back when I did gels I could sometimes push them to three weeks, before it was too grown out. I also commend her on her waxing services. Very gentle but thorough. I appreciate her cleanliness, and that she autoclaves her instruments between each use. I went to Lapels to fix the worn-down heels on my boots, since our local cobbler closed. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure to work with the entire NRB team and appreciate their creative insights, hard work, and craftsmanship. We have done many big home renovations on different houses over the past 20+ years. Our project with NRB was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. NRB’s design-to-build model made the most sense for us because it allowed us to fine tune the project along with the way as it was being built. Everyone from the design team to their carpenters to their trades teams worked in tight coordination throughout the project, which kept us on track and informed at all times. Our neighbors also commented about how polite and conscientious the team was each morning when they arrived on site! It was obvious to us once we got started that NRB has built and retained a highly skilled and experienced team that enjoys what they do. They take pride in their work and it shows. We love the new space they created for us!
LOVE THIS PLACE. I have had massages from so many places, including Thailand. This place ranks high on my list. Chandra is petite, but she packs a punch and gets to to those trouble areas. I have bad knees and a misaligned back and as a mountain hiker I need adjustment once every 2 months. This place feesl like home and doesn't give of the vibe of front desk luxury with text book massage. Chandra changes my massage style to treat the objective of the day. Well trained and listens to cutomers.By the way don't confuse her spot with a shady massage polar that opened across the way. Her place is legit and I noticed three nurses going in/out so that should tell you a great deal.

I absolutely love this EWC center. I have seen several of the waxers and I love all but one. Kyra, Emily, Vanessia, and Katie are all amazing they make great conversation and are very informative. I have also seen Sarah and I didn't like her, Sarah burnt me, made me really uncomfortable and she was just strange. She tried to sell me several of the same products and when trying to sell me the brow serum she continuously mentioned how she used to rip her eyelashes out, and it regrew her lashes, to try and get me to buy it. Overall I recommend everyone but Sarah.
My friends board their horses here and love it. I was very impressed when I visited the stables with them. Churchill Stables has a lovely setting and fantastic, professional staff and instructors. Everyone is knowledgeable about horses and maintaining a healthy environment. Check it out --one of the best stables in the area.

Dr. Baer is the best. I have seen him for 15 years, most recently for hip issues and plantar facitis. His office and support team are warm and welcoming. He is kind and considerate, and works beautifully with patients of all ages and walks of life. (My mom just loved him!) He is knowledgeable in eastern and western medical traditions, and will explain all aspects of chiropractic medicine, and your physiology, rather than just treating you and saying, “see you next week.” I have long-term neck issues from a car accident many years ago. Occasionally my neck muscles spasm and the pain and limited motion are debilitating. One visit to Dr. Baer always provides some immediate relief and within a day or two I’m back to my better self. I can’t recommend him enough.
