I have been going to pro nail for years, but in recent months the quality of the service has gone down. There are a couple of experienced workers there, but many of them have a really poor quality of work. Moreover, in spite of booking appointments in advance for last couple of times, I had to wait for at least 30 minutes. When I mentioned this to Kim, she was extremely rude and mentioned that "we all are busy and get to you when available". I will not be visiting that place again.Services: Pedicure

It’s not the service that is the issue. It is time management. This is the second time that I had the first appointment in the morning and I arrived before the employees. Frustrating and really unacceptable for a business.I am happy with my dip powder manicure.Service: Dip powder

I have been to this place 3-4 times now. I had great experience with Tina. Canna did my manicure with acrylic once and she cut into my cuticles even when I was telling her that it was painful and was bleeding. She kept filing the tender cuticle and I had to ask her to stop. So decided not to go to her again. This time I did fill set acrylic with Kim, she does nails well usually I heard. But my nails were chipping in 3 days and I went back. She was pretty rude asking me which color I picked, how am I supposed to know the name of the color!?
