unlike others I am having a great experience through this agency at a non profit, Danielle/Lisa have been great reps, I was lucky to get good feedback from one of the interviews they sent me on and even though I did not get the job, my resume was forwarded for this new position that I ended up getting. I waited a few months for the interviews but it was worth it. The only thing that's inconvenient is the high 25% buyout fee.

I worked with Andi Osterloh and she was very professional, and had a great way of being firm and supportive. She keep me in the loop of what the job entailed, and was the best of all the agencies i worked with. They provide great pre interview preparation, and the rewrite of my resume was great. I start my new job on Monday.

John was really great! I was getting a bit annoyed at the constant emails, and when I mentioned it, he stopped without asking questions. When I later saw him at a networking event, he sent me one email of what they had at the time, but has otherwise been really good at not over-advertising. Recruiting companies always do some things that seem shady, like removing the title bar from your resume, but they need to do that to protect their business. Until I tried another firm, I didn't realize what a good group Winter Wyman is, and John in particular.
