“I can not say enough good things about this studio ! I had never done Pilates before. I took a few private lessons with Karen. and instantly become hooked!! Erica the owner is awesome she changes up the class each time so you never get bored with the same routine ! When I started I had a hip injury but really think the Pilates has helped strengthen my hips so much I cancelled the surgery I had scheduled ! All the teachers there are awesome I can honestly say I’ve never been to a class I didn’t thoroughly enjoy ! If you have the chance to take a class you won’t regret it! I now am back to loving exercise agsin thanks to this place“
