“I hired TempCo floors to resurface my 1008sf home and lay new flooring in the kitchen and dinning room in preparation to list it for sale. They worked with my schedule to plan it two months out. “Easy to communicate and their team did an amazing transformation of your floors over a week. We did our floor with the traditional oil based finish, took about three weeks to air out the smell but it was worth it. Before and after pictures here.

Only improvement would be the communication. Job was coordinated by Dan’s son Jimmy, possibly one of the few people who spoke English. Called us about prepping the windows and temperature setting from the second day. He is responsive on text. Discounts for paying in cash / check.“
