David was honest in our job assessment that they don’t do the shower work we required and he recommended a vendor who would sell us the product we needed. We’ll have to find another installer. Our sales rep, David H., was very genial, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped us select our ceramic tile from Empire Today's somewhat small selection efficiently. He arrived thirty minutes early during a time my daughter and I were out. He had called earlier, but we did not pick up his call, since our caller ID did not identify him as Empire Today nor anyone we knew. It is our usual practice not to pick up our phone calls, since we get many scam calls. We do verify authentic callers by any voicemail they leave, unfortunately, David did not leave any voicemail.
