Richard and James at Lumber Liquidators were incredibly helpful with my flooring questions. As a woman, I’ve sometimes felt talked down to in other stores, but both of them were super professional and respectful every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have them, they really made my experience a positive one! And I am very excited about my new beautiful floors! Great products and employees!

Our company has done many residential renovations over the years and we've worked with many flooring suppliers and vendors. Our flooring installer referred us to James McCormick and the Braintree store team not so long ago. We started working with James and are very happy about it. Good choice of material, good pricing, fast and efficient communication, these are the things we value a lot.
