“Had a great experience with Big Chief’s. They were professional, responsive, and straightforward throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very fair price for a new AC system.
Everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Big Chief’s to anyone needing HVAC work.”
“Huge shoutout to Amato’s for installing our new water heater and disposing of the old broken one. They showed up within 10 minutes of my initial call, looked at what was needed, gave us an unbelievable price, drained the old one. They left and came back a few hours later and had the new one installed in under an hour. The water heater is in our attic (so dumb) and they didn’t complain or charge extra and were as nice as could be. Highly reccommend!! Thank you Amato’s!”
“We had a sudden leak at our home within the walls that made its way to soak our floors. We called Michel's and Bryan came out the same day. He was so very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took caution to wear a mask during these times. He took every step to determine the root of the issue and explained the repair process well. He also was concerned about making sure that he kept the area clean. The full repair was completed by the next day and Bryan kept his word regarding his arrival time. We were so very pleased with the service that we received from Michel's and Bryan and can highly recommend their service.”
